Governance token: $HIREX
In this short post we want to introduce you to some aspects related to HIREX:Chronicles tokenomics and in particular the governance token
The ecosystem bases its economy on two tokens:
- HIREX governance token
- BYTZ game token
The differences between these two tokens are significant and the main ones are shown in this table:
$HIREX Governance Token
Think of the HIREX: Chronicles ecosystem as divided into 100M little pieces. Each of these is represented by $HIREX.
Holding a part of $HIREX is therefore equal to holding a small part of the entire ecosystem.
The token $HIREX was created to give anyone the opportunity to be part of this world, to reap economic benefits and actively participate in the future choices of the ecosystem.
Let’s see what you can do with $HIREX, below you will find examples of two types of people: the staker and the hodler.
STAKER
The staker takes possession of his $HIREX by exchanging them with MATIC or buying them from a crypto exchange. He stakes his $HIREX in order to earn an additional % of his total capital.
Staking involves vesting your coins for a limited period of time. This means that before being able to trade his $HIREX the staker must wait for that period.
However, this brings him several benefits:
- Depending on how much $HIREX he has staked, he will receive additional $HIREX.
- Depending on how many $HIREX he has staked, he will receive additional votes for all the votes that the ecosystem will propose.
- Depending on how much $HIREX you have staked, you will receive part of all fees generated by the game.
- Depending on how many $HIREX he has staked he will have the possibility to receive all future SPECIAL airdrops that the ecosystem will release.
HODLER
The hodler takes possession of his $HIREX by exchanging them with MATIC or buying them from a crypto exchange. He decides not to steak his $HIREX so that he is not subject to the vesting period, but forgoes all the benefits of the STAKER.
The hodler :
1. Depending on how many $HIREX he holds, he will be able to be part of all the votes that the ecosystem will propose.
2. Depending on how many $HIREX he owns, he will be able to receive all future NON SPECIAL airdrops that the ecosystem will release.
